A small collection of three inscribed portrait photographs presented to Greek Diplomat Constantin Stavropoulos, who served as the Under-Secretary General of the United Nations Office of Legal Affairs. He served in various senior capacities in the UN for over 30 years, beginning at its foundation post-World War Two. Stavropoulos also served as legal adviser to Count Folke Bernadotte, the mediator in Palestine, and later to the acting mediator, Ralph Bunche, following his predecessor's assassination. He also served as Undersecretary for General Assembly Affairs from 1969 to 1972 and as Deputy United Nations Commissioner for Namibia from 1967 to 1969.                                                         
- Inscribed portrait (1974) of United Nations Secretary General Kurt Waldheim, in arare UN presentation blue frame. Waldheim served as Secretary General from 1972-1981, then as President of Austria from 1986-1992.
- Inscribed portrait (1975) of Konstantinos Karamanlis, the towering figure of Greek Politics who served as Prime Minister four times (1955-1963 and 1974-1980) and President of Greece twice (1980-1985 and 1990-1995.) Karamanlis retired in 1995, at the age of 88, having won 5 parliamentary elections, and having spent 14 years as prime minister, 10 years as President of the Republic, and a total of more than sixty years in active politics.
- Inscribed portrait of Trygve Lie, who served as the first Secretary General of the UN (1946-1952) as well as the Foreign Minister of the Norwegian government in exile during World War Two (1940-1946.) “Thanks for Devoted service to the UN and well-formed advice to me as Secretary General.”
